About the Role:
We are seeking experienced DAS Performance Managers with 10+ years of expertise in delivering in-building wireless solutions — from design through final handover. Candidates must have prior Verizon/T-Mobile experience. This is an onsite role across multiple locations in New York and New Jersey, offering the opportunity to lead and manage high-profile DAS projects directly at customer sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate DAS designs to meet carrier and client specifications.
- Analyze site plans and ensure RF coverage and performance expectations using tools like iBwave.
- Oversee technical aspects throughout project lifecycles: from design validation and site readiness to installation monitoring and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and documentation.
- Generate and interpret RF performance reports for final site acceptance.
- Ensure all activities comply with US standards and telecom regulations for DAS deployments.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in DAS and wireless system implementation.
- Prior Verizon / T-Mobile experience required.
- iBwave certified, with strong design review, optimization, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Proven experience validating complex iBwave projects and providing corrective design recommendations.
- Proficiency with major DAS platforms (CommScope, Corning One, JMA Teko, SOLiD, etc.).
- Skilled in RF tools such as SeeHawk, Anritsu, Viavi.
- Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, UMTS, and legacy technologies.
- Must be fully authorized to work in the United States.
- Familiarity with in-country project requirements and telecom practices.
