We’re now looking for a Client Services & Account Manager to help strengthen our client partnerships, support delivery across live recruitment projects, and drive account growth. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication, strong follow-up, and a high-quality service experience. You’ll play a critical role in TECHNE’s 6-8 x week fill rate process, managing client touchpoints, delivery updates, reporting, performance data, and visibility across key outcomes. You’ll also support resourcing on critical roles, helping urgent client requirements stay prioritised, tracked, and moving at pace.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, solving problems, working with data, and supporting delivery teams to produce great client outcomes. We’re looking for experience in account management, client services, customer success, recruitment, project coordination, resourcing, or relationship management. You’ll need strong communication skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and confidence working with clients, reports, trackers, performance data, and delivery teams.
