TECHNE is supporting an advanced Battery Intelligence technology company in the search for a Deployment Strategist to join their growing team, supporting some of the most ambitious industrial electrification programmes currently underway globally. They develop advanced battery intelligence platforms deployed across embedded vehicle systems and cloud based fleet applications. Their technology supports large scale electrification across automotive, energy storage, and heavy industry sectors. This role sits at the intersection of battery intelligence, heavy-duty electrification, embedded systems, cloud analytics, and strategic deployment. You will lead the rollout of their new battery platform. You will work across engineering, product, commercial, and executive stakeholders to ensure their technology delivers measurable operational and commercial impact within complex industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment strategy for the new battery platform across flagship heavy industry programmes
- Act as the bridge between technical engineering teams and strategic leadership
- Align engineering, product, commercial, and deployment stakeholders across multiple programmes
- Support system integration and validation activities alongside OEM partners
- Translate battery and establish scalable deployment and validation frameworks for future programmes
- Support the rollout of embedded and cloud based battery intelligence platforms across global electrification initiatives
- Drive deployment visibility and influence at programme and board level
Experience:
- Working within electrified, embedded, or safety critical systems environments
- Background across battery systems, BMS, EV, heavy duty electrification, aerospace, defence technology, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of battery systems, control systems, embedded software, or data driven engineering environments
- Operating across multidisciplinary engineering and stakeholder teams
- Ability to translate technical system behaviour into commercial or operational decision-making
- Exposure to system integration, validation, and deployment activities
- Battery systems engineering, pack integration, or BMS architecture
- Embedded software or cloud based platform deployment
- Data science, battery analytics, or battery intelligence platforms
- Heavy duty vehicle, mining, off highway, or industrial electrification programmes
- Commercial programme deployment or strategic technology rollout experience
- Operating across engineering, product, and executive level stakeholders
