Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Learner Success Manager to lead careers, progression and employer engagement across our Wave 7 Skills Bootcamps in Sussex. You will be one of two Learner Success Managers sharing a caseload of around 125 learners across all five programmes (about 60 each), working closely with tutors and the Bootcamp Operational team. This role leads on careers, progression and employer engagement for all learners: embedding the careers spine, building employer relationships and vacancies, profiling learners through our Tech Talent Network, and driving completion and into-work outcomes. You will also support candidates placed through our Tech Talent Programme, an employer-funded placement programme running alongside the bootcamps.
We are looking for someone with experience in careers guidance, employability, progression or pastoral support, with high emotional intelligence, strong employer-engagement instincts, and the drive to get learners into work. You will be organised, confident working independently, and able to travel across Sussex for in-person days.
TechNative is committed to the highest levels of safeguarding and inclusion practice. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those underrepresented in the digital and training sectors.
