TechNative Digital is seeking a Learner Success Manager (Learning Support & SEND Focus) for a fixed-term contract Aug–Dec 2026. You will manage a caseload of around 60 learners across five programmes, ensuring engagement, progression and positive outcomes.
The role combines learning-support leadership with SEND coordination, operates remotely with regular in-person delivery days in Sussex (Brighton/Eastbourne), and requires empathy, strong boundaries and ability to work independently.
