Tech Native Digital seeks a Head of Skills and Programmes to lead quality, curriculum and learner experience across government-funded Skills Bootcamps and our growing commercial training line.

You will ensure compliance with EIF and public funding, drive continuous improvement, and manage the delivery team with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

The role reports to the Founder Director and is hybrid with regular in-person days in Brighton.
