Now they’re hiring their first Software Engineering Manager - someone technical enough to stay hands-on today, but ambitious enough to grow into Head of Engineering as the team scales.
Compensation: £100K + Meaningful Equity | London (Holborn) What you’ll do Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, with headcount set to double this year.
Stay hands-on across React, Type Script, Nestjs, Postgres, and AWS.
Champion AI-native workflows (Copilot, Cursor, LLM integrations) to accelerate delivery.
Shape engineering culture, delivery practices, and architecture from the ground up.
Grow into a senior leadership role as the platform expands globally.
What they’re looking for 1–3 years’ experience leading engineers (Tech Lead or EM level).
Strong product mindset and technical depth.
Track record in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
A desire to take ownership and grow with the company.
