Now they’re hiring their first Software Engineering Manager - someone technical enough to stay hands-on today, but ambitious enough to grow into Head of Engineering as the team scales.
Compensation: £100K + Meaningful Equity | London (Holborn)
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers, with headcount set to double this year.
- Stay hands-on across React, TypeScript, Nestjs, Postgres, and AWS.
- Champion AI-native workflows (Copilot, Cursor, LLM integrations) to accelerate delivery.
- Shape engineering culture, delivery practices, and architecture from the ground up.
- Grow into a senior leadership role as the platform expands globally.

- 1–3 years’ experience leading engineers (Tech Lead or EM level).
