Company Overview

Techmunity is partnering with a fast-growing London AI startup, hiring their first Senior DevOps Engineer (and 6th technical hire overall). The company builds an LLM‑powered learning platform for enterprises used by 15,000+ users, including the Ministry of Justice and Boeing, with £1M+ ARR and backing from tier‑one investors.

You will be the foundational DevOps hire, owning Azure infrastructure, CI/CD and automation for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform. Backend work will come later; the initial focus is getting Azure, Terraform and deployments into a great place.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI/CD and release pipelines on Azure
• Own Terraform and environment setup
• Reduce noisy alerts and build clear monitoring and observability
• Automate tasks such as tenant provisioning and routine operations
• Contribute to backend infrastructure when it touches infra, with opportunities to upskill in Python

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps / Platform / Infra
• Strong Azure experience in production
• Software engineering background with exposure to a modern backend language
• Solid Terraform and CI/CD ownership
• Experience running and monitoring live services
