Techmunity are hiring for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer on behalf of a breakthrough deeptech company that recently closed a huge seed and is now preparing for Series A. They are building advanced AI systems to make the world’s most energy-intensive industries safer, more efficient and dramatically lower-carbon. They’ve recently partnered with AWS and Databricks, and their technology is already operating inside some of the world’s most complex industrial environments.
You’ll join the Core Engineering team, building the internal platform that powers their AI systems across global industrial sites. It’s deep product engineering with high standards.
What You’ll Work On
- High-performance Python services and platform APIs
- Kubernetes/EKS microservices that must run reliably in demanding environments
- Event-driven and distributed system components (Kafka and similar)
- Shared libraries, orchestration tools and developer-facing interfaces
- Operator-facing UIs in TypeScript/Svelte (≈30% of the time)
- End-to-end systems that scale across many customers with minimal custom code
What They’re Looking For
- A backend-leaning full-stack engineer with strong fundamentals
- Deep experience building production systems in Python
- Comfortable with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Able to work autonomously and switch into collaborative mode when needed
- Pragmatic, thoughtful engineering style - especially around the use of AI coding tools (quality, verification, avoiding hidden tech debt)
