The Senior Product Manager Role: Classic Series A bottleneck: engineering ships faster than product can call the shots, and all customer signal is funnelling through one person. This role exists to break that. You own a product area 0-1 to shipped, no handoffs. Real time inside enterprise accounts, including the hard conversations, then you come back with a sharp, defensible opinion on what to build. You then build it yourself: Figma, brief, working prototype in AI tooling, the call on scope. Ships daily, not sprint-gated.
Who Fits:
- Shipped AI product real customers actually use, with real opinions on agentic systems, evals, and probabilistic output.
- Genuinely AI-native in your own workflow (Claude, AI-native tooling, comfortable shipping a small code change yourself), not 'I use ChatGPT sometimes'.
- Commercially wired: you measure yourself on adoption and revenue, not release notes, and understand enterprise buyer evaluation and expansion cycles.
- Domain background (real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, construction) is a plus, but not the bar.
