Techmunity | AI Startup Recruitment is seeking a Head of Engineering for a remote-first path to CTO in the AI startup arena. You will lead a seven-person team now, own the technology strategy, and partner with the CEO and board to drive growth and product velocity.
Over 12-18 months you will scale the team to around 18 engineers, establish engineering priorities, and set a technical direction that enables rapid delivery to customers and stakeholders.
