Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering along with 3+ years of management experience and leading sales teams,
Established manufacturer of concrete that supplies to a wide range of customers throughout Ireland and the UK in Civil & Commercial, Building and Agriculture.
- responsibility for driving sales performance and hitting revenue targets in the civil engineering and construction materials sector.
- Be experienced in building and and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients and key stakeholders within the civil engineering sector.
- Bring on new business opportunities, expand an already large customer base and strengthen the company's position in the market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
- Deliver precise cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects to support competitive and profitable tender submissions.
- Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects, in line with company standards client requirements.
The person:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred)
3+ years of management experience, leading sales teams.
Strong sales and estimating experience in the civil engineering/construction sector.
