We continue to work with one of the leading manufacturing firms in NI as they seek to expand their global Engineering and Programme Management teams and as a consequence are sourcing an experienced Program Manager.
The Role:
- Lead a multi-functional global team in defining a system and product roadmap, in line with customer and business priorities
- Lead all aspects in defining a business case for new opportunities
- Ability to define & implement product cost roadmap in line with the company’s priorities
- Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements
- Customer facing project management
- Managing new technology developments – in line with how the heavy vehicle industry is changing
The Person:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Project and/or Programme Management
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment
- Experience leading Hardware, software and system development projects
- It would be desirable that you have a background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment
- It would be desirable that you have prior knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
