Based solely in local NI offices with a degree of flexibility, this is an opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong Mechanical building Services Design experience to step into a leadership and delivery role in a fast moving and sector Managing the design delivery for decarbonising a range of commercial projects. Delivering mechanical designs including schematics, calculations, plant selections, BOMs, and project specifications Developing and validating BMS control strategies, from design through to on-site verification Collaborating with fabrication teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into manufactured solutions Supporting commissioning activities, including optimisation and proofing of BMS controls Mentoring and developing junior engineers Requirements Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent Chartered Engineer ideal but not essential (CIBSE or equivalent) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar mechanical design role Solid understanding of UK
