You will play a pivotal engineering role in shaping the electrical strategy for overall projects. From managing the electrical design team to ensuring compliance with technical standards, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional solutions.

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems for prefabricated and commercial heating & cooling solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, regulations, and best practices across regions.
  • Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex engineering challenges.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, defining project scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Create detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, circuit design, and control systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent qualification). Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical design. Expertise in designing ELV, LV, and HV systems, including solar PV, inverters, and earthing systems. Strong knowledge of UK/European technical standards, legislation, and environmental best practices.
