As a Mechanical Fitter, you will lead the assembly, servicing, and maintenance of our equipment. This critical role is suited for an individual seeking a challenging position with unlimited personal growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and complete the assembly, testing, and dispatch of our products. Gain intimate knowledge of our designed and developed products. Get to know our current clients and learn how we do business. Help improve existing products and develop new lines by applying your knowledge of production processes, fabrication, materials, cost build-up, and job costing. Work closely with the Design and Manufacturing team to ensure smooth flow of new products from engineering into production. Visit customer sites for engineering visits and helping with assembly, installs, and service. Design and drive your personal, professional, and technical development plan. Candidate Qualifications & Experience: Practical experience assembling and testing industrial mechanical and electrical equipment. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/factory environment. Ability to manage deadlines and demands on time and input. Full, clean UK driver license. Excellent analytical, numerical, and data analysis skills. Desirable:experience contributing and collaborating across disciplines in a team, mechanical maintenance roles, pump systems, electrical circuits, ERP/MRP software, and Office 365 software.
