H/S Business Partner- Co Down Exciting new opportunity has arisen for an individual to take full site accountability for H/S on a Unionised site with exceptionally high standards. The individual will be afforded full site responsibility and must be capable of dealing with senior Management Departmental Heads. However, they will have total buy in. Staff turnover is particularly low and culture is one of engagement whereby your recommendations & input will be both valued rolled out without resistance The role will reinforce this safety culture by ensuring the site has user-relevant and up-to-date risk assessments and safety audits and will lead the sites compliance to relevant Health and Safety regulations. The role is responsible for instigating and leading the adoption of best practice in all aspects of health and safety across the site and will be further responsible for incident investigation, management of action plans and accurate weekly and monthly reporting.
