Belfast Office based role in Greater Belfast with excellent opportunity for further career development. Opportunity for strong Electrical Engineer or Electrical Contracts Engineer to take on a role which will offer turnkey Design/ supply/ installation solutions.

The Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across the operational delivery and have overall ownership and management of the electrical, BMS and offsite assembly teams, including management and resourcing of our subcontracted labour.

IDEALLY HAVE:

  • Held a previous role as Electrical Project Manager or similar or capability to step up
  • Proven electrical, BMS and construction experience ideally but not essentially within modular solutions or commercial MEP sector.
  • Track record leading numerous, complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams while aligning with projects and maintaining a high quality standard throughout.
  • Previous experience possibly working within an offsite modular facility
  • Understanding of sustainability best practice and carbon-reduction strategies
  • Experience working with digital construction tools (e.g., BIM), or offsite manufacturing methodologies

ROLE:

  • Develop, strengthen and support the offsite Assembly team to sustainably deliver against current demand
  • Provide operational input and guidance through our design, engineering, planning and quality teams to drive operational efficiency
  • Compile and manage the take-off process of all electrical materials to ensure procurement in line with approved technical submittals.
  • Compile tender packs in line with electrical project requirements and manage the award process of subcontracted labour
  • Provide informed input into assembly programmes for electrical installation timescales.
