Maintenance Engineer - Ballymena FMCG Company are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. 70% work is PPMs and strong reliability focus in maintenance. Not firefighting and excellent workshop and stores facilities and positive work environment what has undergone a lot of investment both in the function and factory over last few years. H/S and systems focus are exemplary. Location: Ballymena Salary: £41,683 £47,360 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hours are weekly rotating shifts (subject to change): 04:00AM 12:30/ AND THEN 10:00 AM 18:30 Four pay grades apply: Grade 1 Single Skilled Maintenance Engineer: £20.04 per hour Grade 2 Skilled Engineer: £20.84 per hour Grade 3 Intermediate Engineer: £21.51 per hour Grade 4 Technician (Multi-Skilled): £22.77 per hour Overtime Rates: Time and a half (OT1.5) for standard overtime Double time (OT2) for Sundays Key Responsibilities/ Requirements Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives Relevant engineering qualification (electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment What We Offer Competitive salary and structured pay progression Overtime opportunities Training and development within a growing business Supportive team environment Other opportunities available at a higher rate but will incorporate continental shifts with other clients- 50-60k To apply please forward your CV (in Word format) using the link provided.
