Company Description

Techmatron Courses is a future-focused learning platform delivering industry-relevant, skill-based education across technology, engineering, and digital domains. We design our programs to close the gap between academic theory and real-world practice through hands-on training and practical projects. Learners work with up-to-date tools and frameworks under the guidance of experienced mentors and industry experts. As we expand our offerings, we are building technical and governance capabilities to ensure responsible, secure, and effective use of artificial intelligence in education.

Role Description

The Artificial Intelligence Governance Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks that ensure AI systems used across Techmatron Courses are safe, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with software developers, data scientists, and academic teams to integrate governance requirements into AI solutions and learning products. The engineer will also conduct risk assessments, support audits, and develop guidance and training materials on AI governance best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coventry.
