IT Staffing & Resourcing Support
• Win contract and permanent IT staffing requirements from UK clients and MSPs.
• Share clear, well-qualified job requirements with the India-based recruitment team and track submissions through to placement.
• Maintain regular client contact to gather interview feedback and drive time-to-fill.
Account Management & Reporting
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the UK IT services and staffing market.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, activity, and revenue against targets.
• Ensure all sales activity complies with UK GDPR, PECR (for electronic marketing), and company policies.
UK Office Administration
• Pro-actively support the set-up of the UK office, including workspace, IT equipment, phone lines, internet, and office supplies.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail, visitors, facilities, and vendor/service-provider coordination.

• Coordinate with external accountants, payroll, HR and legal advisers on routine UK administrative matters.
• Track and process office expenses, invoices and petty cash, and share records with the finance team.
• Support onboarding of new UK joiners (workstation, access, induction documents) as the office grows.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, visiting staff from other Techlead offices, travel and events.
• Ensure the office meets basic health & safety, data protection (UK GDPR) and company policy requirements.
