The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
We’re looking for confident, motivated appointment setters to book qualified appointments for our field agents. You’ll be speaking to homeowners about saving money on solar panels, reducing electricity bills, and earning money back from the electricity grid – with no upfront cost to the customer.
This is a flexible role with daytime hours available, and evenings between 5pm–8pm perform extremely well. The role can be office-based, home-based, or hybrid, so it can fit around your lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Dial out and be comfortable on the phone, engaging customers with confidence to book appointments for field agents.
- Speak with homeowners about solar savings, reduced electricity bills, and earning money back from the electricity grid, with no upfront cost to the customer.
- Book qualified appointments for field agents and maintain accurate records/schedules.
Qualifications:
- Confident, motivated, and able to engage customers over the phone.
- Experience in outbound calling or telesales (preferred).
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment (office/home/hybrid) and with flexible hours.
Compensation:
Earnings are uncapped with excellent commissions available.
