The role is for a Digital Account Manager located in East Lancashire (Hybrid working) with a salary of £30k to £35k basic plus bonus and benefits (onsite parking / 5mins from train station). There are no sales targets or cold business development; the focus is on pure account management and client growth.

We're supporting a respected digital agency in East Lancashire as they look to hire an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their growing client services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing digital projects, and helping clients achieve real commercial results.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with internal marketing, development and project teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and client expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Lead client calls, meetings and reviews
  • Monitor campaign and project performance
  • Provide recommendations and strategic guidance
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams

About you:

  • Previous Digital Account Management or Client Services experience
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
