We're supporting a respected digital agency in East Lancashire as they look to hire an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their growing client services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing digital projects, and helping clients achieve real commercial results.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Work closely with internal marketing, development, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong client relationships
- Lead client calls, meetings, and reviews
- Monitor campaign and project performance
- Provide recommendations and strategic guidance

About you:
- Previous Digital Account Management or Client Services experience
