We are looking for a dynamic Partner Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners. You will play a key role in developing joint strategies, aligning goals, and driving mutual growth. Your ability to identify opportunities and execute partnership agreements will be critical in enhancing our market position and achieving strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying and engaging potential new partners.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnership deals that align with company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as sales, marketing, legal, and product development) to develop and implement partnership strategies.
- Manage partner performance, set and monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize partner contributions.
- Organize and participate in partner meetings and industry conferences.
- Provide ongoing partner support and resolve issues to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate potential partnership opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership status, challenges, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in managing strategic partnerships or alliances.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and managing partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures.
