Position Overview: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting to building long-term client relationships. You’ll work across some of the world’s most innovative sectors including EV, battery tech, and clean energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Management: Identify and secure new client partnerships across new mobility, vehicle tech, and renewable energy. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions: contingent, retained, or project-based. Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle. Attend industry conferences and international business trips.
- Candidate Search & Talent Delivery: Headhunt and qualify high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and the CRM. Present shortlist packs with detailed insight and interview feedback. Own the end-to-end process from first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence & Internal Growth: Stay on top of industry trends and talent shifts. Build talent pipelines in specialist markets. Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to internal projects and training.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12–24 months’ experience in 360 recruitment or sales.
- Proven track record of billing consistently and winning new clients.
- Able to present a clear strategic plan for building a desk in our existing markets or a new niche you’re passionate about.
- Commercially aware, target-driven, and naturally competitive.
- Strong communicator, persuasive, articulate, and confident.
- Proactive and organised, with excellent attention to detail.
