L2 Engineer – Onsite | Permanent | Dublin & Nenagh

About the Role
We are seeking a L2 Engineer to provide onsite IT support across multiple locations in Dublin & Nenagh. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD issues
- Manage end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Handle networking and security tasks including VPNs, firewalls, and MFA setups
- Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues onsite
- Perform routine system updates, patching, and maintenance
- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure AD
- Hands-on experience with Intune, device management, and endpoint security
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, MFA)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues onsite
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Full driving license and own vehicle (onsite work across multiple locations)
- Microsoft certifications (M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals)
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Knowledge of PowerShell for automation
