Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phone and Computer Repair Technician based in Edinburgh. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing phone and computer issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining desktop computers. The Technician will also be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain records of repairs, and stay updated on the latest technology trends.

Qualifications

• Skills in Computer Repair and Desktop Computers
• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Knowledge of Computer Science
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in phone and computer repair are a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
