We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic conference producer with experience in agenda writing and speaker outreach and placement to take on an ongoing conference production role for an evolving global conference and exhibition series.
THE ROLE
The position will be working on a technology event, with shows running in London, Amsterdam, and North America. The producer will be responsible for confirming leading speakers and producing a quality conference program. The candidate will be a confident communicator, commercially astute with first‑class research, analytical, and with strong written skills. Working closely with the Head of Conference and within a vibrant team of dedicated professionals, this is a challenging yet rewarding role and an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to put their stamp on a growing event business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devising high‑quality conference agendas by researching and identifying market trends and hot topics
- Recruiting senior‑level speakers from leading industry companies
- Work internally with marketing and sales to ensure clear copy parameters and attendee demographics are met.
- Liaising with key sponsors to deliver their contracted speaking opportunities whilst delivering excellent customer service
- Updating of websites with agendas and speakers
- Attend events and ensure conference tracks run smoothly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree educated
- At least 1 year of conference production and event experience
- Understanding of technology and trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills
