Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering to facilitate the build out of Performance datasets from BlackRock Aladdin (Client) to FactSet (FactSet Vault).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new dataflows between systems and process improvements.
- Support testing teams to build out a robust procedure to evaluate large volumes of Performance and Attribution datasets.
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of new Benchmark, IBOR and NAV Performance flows.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across Aladdin / FactSet platforms and reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms.
- Solid understanding of Asset Types.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Snowflake.
- Power BI or similar a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in an asset management, investment banking, or financial services environment.
- Experience with additional financial data platforms or risk management tools is advantageous.
