About TechCredit Partners

TechCredit Partners is a specialist private credit advisory boutique supporting ambitious technology companies and acquisition-led platforms across the UK, Europe, North America and MENA. To date, we have raised over $1bn in debt commitments for our clients in over 20 countries. We structure and execute institutional-grade debt processes, typically raising $10m to $200m+ facilities across growth capital, acquisition financing, and platform scaling strategies. We operate as a lean, founder-led team combining institutional execution standards with entrepreneurial intensity. Our focus is precision, discipline, and long-term partnership.

The Role

We are hiring a high-calibre Analyst to join as a core execution team member. This is not a back-office support role. You will work directly on live mandates, engaging with founders, CFOs, and private credit funds across complex transactions. You will take ownership across:

  • Preparing institutional-quality lender materials (teasers, IMs, debt decks)
  • Structuring clear and compelling credit narratives
  • Financial modelling and leverage analysis
  • Managing data rooms and diligence workflows
  • Conducting sector and lender research
  • Supporting internal strategic initiatives

From day one, you will have meaningful exposure and responsibility. We expect analytical rigour, structured thinking, and an ownership mindset.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Transactions, Private Credit, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clear understanding of debt structures, credit metrics, and leverage dynamics
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • High drive and intellectual curiosity
  • Exposure to acquisition financing, roll-ups, or direct lending is advantageous.

Why Join TechCredit Partners

  • Direct exposure to founders, CEOs, CFOs, institutional lenders and sponsors
  • Immediate responsibility on $10m–$200m+ transactions
  • Lean team, steep learning curve
  • Institutional standards with entrepreneurial pace
  • Opportunity to help build a next-generation credit advisory platform

This role suits someone who wants accelerated development, real responsibility, and direct client exposure. If this resonates, please send your CV along with a short note outlining your deal experience and your role in preparing transaction materials.
