TechCredit Partners is a specialist debt advisory boutique supporting Europe's and MENA’s most ambitious technology companies. We cover the full spectrum of credit solutions, typically raising facilities up to $100mn. Following continued growth and strong deal flow, we’re looking to hire a high-performing Analyst or Off-Cycle Intern (3-6 months) with the potential to convert into a full-time position. In H1 2025 alone, we closed $150mn+ in debt commitments, with an additional $150mn+ currently in closing. As a lean, founder-led team, we pride ourselves on deep client relationships, excellence in execution, and a proactive approach to delivering capital solutions.

Role Overview

You will work directly with founders and CFOs on high-impact, complex debt transactions and contribute across the full deal lifecycle. This includes:

  • Preparing lender marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, debt decks)
  • Financial modelling and credit analysis
  • Conducting market and company research
  • Participating in internal strategy and firm-building projects

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • Recent graduates with at least one internship in investment banking, private credit, or a related field
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Meticulous, attention to detail and proactive
  • Hustle, drive, and a genuine interest in client service and execution excellence
