Techcomp Europe is seeking a German-speaking HR & Payroll Administrator to support HR administration and payroll across our international group. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will coordinate payroll inputs, maintain employee records in GDPR-compliant systems, assist onboarding/offboarding, and support recruitment and HR reporting across multiple sites.
