We are currently partnering with a high-growth Data & AI consulting firm that is delivering impactful transformation programs for global enterprise clients across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Automotive. They are looking to hire for a Director – Data & AI Transformation role based in London. This is a critical leadership position for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting, solutioning, and client engagement capabilities to drive impactful data and AI-led transformation for enterprise clients.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives powered by Data, AI, and advanced analytics
- Define and implement data strategies for enterprise clients
- Drive solutioning and pre-sales efforts, supporting proposals, pitches, and deal shaping
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships across global clients
- Lead cross-functional teams including GenAI engineers, data scientists, and application developers
- Oversee delivery of solutions across GenAI, Big Data, BI (Power BI), and cloud-based applications (React, etc.)
- Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 9–15 years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics Consulting
- Strong technical understanding of Big Data, AI/ML, and modern data ecosystems
- Proven experience in solutioning / pre-sales / enterprise sales support
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing end-to-end consulting or transformation programs
- Strong team leadership experience (multi-disciplinary teams preferred)
Domain Experience (Preferred):
- Experience working with clients in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Retail
- Manufacturing
- Automotive
