We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Web3 Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the Web3 space for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and talent landscape.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent in the Web3 space.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our clients, promoting their company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the Web3 industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Web3 industry, including blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry developments.
