The role
We're hiring an experienced SDR to drive new business development. You'll be the engine behind our client pipeline: identifying high-growth Web3 companies with hiring needs, breaking into them with sharp outbound, and booking qualified meetings for our senior recruiters and founders.
What you'll do
- Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to founders, talent leaders, and hiring managers at Web3 companies
- Research and prioritise accounts based on funding rounds, hiring signals, and strategic fit
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP and book discovery calls
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in our CRM
- Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, sequences, and target lists
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years' SDR or outbound BD experience, ideally in crypto, recruitment, SaaS, or B2B services
- Proven track record of hitting meeting and pipeline targets
- Strong written communication; you can write outbound that actually gets replies
- Genuine interest in Web3/crypto, or the appetite to get up to speed quickly
