The Opportunity. As Growth Lead, you\’ll work directly with the founder to own key partnerships and drive distribution across exchanges, wallets, FinTech\’s, and asset managers. This is a high-leverage, externally facing role for a hands-on operator who can turn signal into results.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead first and second partner calls; qualify, scope, and prioritize opportunities
- Prepare materials and run early-stage conversations; elevate strategically when needed
- Maintain momentum across the pipeline with structured follow-ups and rigorous tracking
- Map and proactively pursue high-value distribution channels
- Maintain and expand CRM documentation to support internal knowledge sharing
What we are looking for
- 3 -5 years in BD, Growth, or Partnerships at a crypto, fintech, or SaaS company
- Deep understanding of crypto/DeFi market structure and distribution dynamics
- Strategic thinker with operational rigor and strong CRM discipline
- Highly organized, proactive, and diligent working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ownership mindset and ability to self-organize
- Based in London and ideally available to start soon
