Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with skills in M365 & Power Platform and a strong understanding of relationship data management.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
  • Able to conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
  • Ability to create wireframes, mock ups, and process flows
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and able to design solutions in Power Platform
  • Able to perform database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server/Dataverse to ensure optimal performance
  • Experience with Power Platform and its limitations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities
  • PowerApps certifications such as PL-200 or MB-21
  • Familiarity with .NET frameworks is highly beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business stakeholders to elicit requirements & propose system design specs addressing those to maximize the benefit of Power Platform
  • Managing stakeholders’ expectations, ensuring project delivery using AGILE methodology of SDLC & seeing tasks/issues through to fulfilment
