Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with skills in M365 & Power Platform and a strong understanding of relationship data management.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Able to conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
- Ability to create wireframes, mock ups, and process flows
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and able to design solutions in Power Platform
- Able to perform database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server/Dataverse to ensure optimal performance
- Experience with Power Platform and its limitations
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities
- PowerApps certifications such as PL-200 or MB-21
- Familiarity with .NET frameworks is highly beneficial
Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with business stakeholders to elicit requirements & propose system design specs addressing those to maximize the benefit of Power Platform
- Managing stakeholders’ expectations, ensuring project delivery using AGILE methodology of SDLC & seeing tasks/issues through to fulfilment
