Day rate contract, travel to the West London office. Our client is undertaking a complex business carve-out and separation programme, and is looking for an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. This role is central to ensuring a successful transition of ERP capabilities to a newly separated entity, enabling operational continuity from Day 1 and driving stabilisation and optimisation beyond go-live. This is a high-profile, time-critical role suited to a strong leader with deep ERP transformation experience across both business and technology workstreams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the D365 F&O programme across all phases: design, build, test, deployment.
  • Defining and managing an integrated programme plan aligned to separation milestones (e.g. TSA exit, Day 1 readiness).
  • Ensuring delivery of core ERP capabilities (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to Profit) on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • Executing the ERP separation strategy, including data, systems, and process disentanglement.
  • Managing TSA dependencies and exit plans.
  • Overseeing data migration and archiving (cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation).
  • Leading business readiness, cutover planning, and Day 1 execution, including hypercare and transition to BAU support.
  • Owning the design and implementation of the target Operating Model.
  • Leading and governing System Integrators and third-party vendors (including ISVs for banking connectivity and eInvoicing).
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Finance SSC, IT, and Procurement.
  • Overseeing the integration landscape (OneStream, Data Platform, ISVs, and other systems).
  • Managing programme governance, risk, budgets, and reporting.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 F&O global programmes.
  • Experience in M&A, carve-outs, or separation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support tools (e.g. DevOps).
  • Experience managing system integrators and offshore delivery models.
  • Strong programme governance, planning, and risk management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in time-bound, high-pressure environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience with TSA management and exit planning.
  • Knowledge of data carve-out and migration strategies.
  • Experience in the Media and/or Audience Data analytics sector.
