Our client is looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Advisory to lead the client-facing function delivering strategic AI advisory, solution consulting, and AI capability enablement. This role oversees both an advisory/business consulting team and a technical business analysis team, while personally engaging with clients on pre-sales, advisory, and strategic conversations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Team Management
    Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning Solution/Business Consultants and Technical Business Analysts.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory (Hands-On)
    Act as a client-facing leader, working directly with clients to identify and shape AI opportunities. Play an active role in pre-sales, including executive-level presentations, workshops, and value/solution propositions.
  • AI Strategy & Planning
    Shape the forward strategy for AI products, advisory offerings, and capability development.
  • Solutions Consulting & Programme Delivery
    Direct delivery of major AI programmes, initiatives, and special projects. Own programme governance, risk management, and performance monitoring. Balance business requirements against technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Prototyping & Client Demonstrations
    Lead the team building rapid prototypes, POCs, and client demos to test AI and data solutions.
