Our client, a leading value creations agency, is looking for a Transaction Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will provide insight to Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies through a combination of workshops, meetings, research, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Project management - Support Managers in project management, running and facilitating client meetings and workshops.
- Analysis - Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to our clients. Use digital insights, research, and experience to draw conclusions about what this means for the target business, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Present findings from engagements to PE clients and management teams.
- Participate in business development activities, such as contribution to bid development, preparing materials for client presentations and pitches.
Experience
- Experience in consultancy (ideally in due diligence).
- Experience of working in a project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle.
- Comfort analysing large commercial data sets, company financials, and/or familiarity with big data analysis (e.g. SQL).
- Experience of working with private equity firms and private equity-backed businesses.
- Knowledge and practical experience of key digital platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads/Keyword Planner, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Google Trends.
