Ongoing server and network migrations, TSA reduction, third-party SI management, and a programme that spans multiple workstreams all need a steady, driven hand to see them through to completion.
This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. Sitting between the Separation Director and the internal project team and architects, you will act as the connective tissue across the programme. You will work closely with third-party SIs, keep governance tight, manage risk and escalation, and make sure delivery momentum is maintained. You will not have direct authority over everyone you need to influence. That is part of what makes this role interesting, and it is exactly the kind of environment where the right person will thrive.
