Our client is a strategic advisory practice working at the intersection of AI, content supply chains, and marketing transformation. Retained by some of the world's largest FMCG and consumer brands, they help organisations move from people-led content models to technology-led ones at genuine enterprise scale.

They are now engaged in a significant content operating model transformation for a major global FMCG brand. This is a high-profile, high-complexity engagement spanning multiple markets, functions, and a deeply political stakeholder landscape involving brand teams, agency partners, and senior leadership. They need a senior programme delivery lead to partner directly with the principal consultant and own enterprise transformation end to end.

This role is about redesigning how a global business makes content: restructuring agency relationships, reshaping operating models across brands and markets, and driving the kind of organisational change that large enterprises resist. It is not a technology implementation. It is not a coordination role.

You will work alongside an experienced strategic adviser who brings the content, AI, and agency ecosystem expertise.

  • Programme director or head of transformation at a leading management consultancy
  • Senior transformation leader within a major global agency holding company
  • Brand-side transformation lead at a global FMCG or consumer business of comparable scale
  • Owning and driving enterprise operating model transformations end to end, not just managing delivery
  • Redesigning agency or supplier ecosystems and navigating the commercial and political dynamics that come with that
  • Building programme governance from scratch: roadmaps, workstream design, dependency mapping, decision cadences, risk logs, and executive reporting
  • A genuine understanding of content, marketing operations, or media production environments. A track record at organisations of significant global scale and complexity, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or marketing services

This is not the right role for technology delivery leaders, CRM or personalisation specialists, or account management profiles moving into transformation. The programme is about organisational change, not system implementation.
