We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-growing product team and take ownership of design quality across a growing suite of products.

You'll lead on design system strategy, translate ambiguous requirements into elegant solutions, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Compliance to ship user-centred experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Own and evolve the design system, setting the standard for consistency across the product suite
  • Lead design iteration using data, analytics and user insights
  • Run user research, usability testing and feedback loops
  • Own UX metrics drop-off, conversion, satisfaction tying them to product goals
  • QA production builds and work closely with developers
  • Lead critique sessions and mentor other designers
  • Shape product requirements upstream, not just execute on them

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years' UX/UI experience with a track record of growing ownership and scope
  • Expert-level Figma skills, with developer-ready files in your portfolio
  • A strong portfolio spanning web, mobile, SaaS/enterprise and platform-level design
  • Proven experience building or scaling a design system
  • Startup/scaleup experience comfortable with ambiguity and pace
  • Experience mentoring designers and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A strong analytical mindset A/B testing, funnels, metrics
