What You’ll Do

  • Design across the full product lifecycle, from early research and concepting through to delivery and iteration.
  • Simplify complex product mechanics such as gamification, digital rewards, and incentive flows into clear, elegant user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve a shared design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing partners to deliver cohesive, user-centred features.
  • Conduct lightweight user research and translate insights into thoughtful design improvements.
  • Take part in cross-functional product rituals, including roadmap discussions, usability reviews, and QA walkthroughs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience designing digital products end to end, ideally in fast-paced or complex environments.
  • Strong generalist skills across UX, UI, prototyping, user research, and systems thinking.
  • Hands-on experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and Android), with a solid grasp of platform conventions.
  • A sharp eye for detail, from layout and typography to micro-interactions.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions to a range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, and design tokens.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion or animation tools (such as After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Motion).
  • Background in social products, creator tools, or gamified experiences.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology design patterns, such as digital wallets or gated content.
  • Experience designing loyalty, referral, or reward-based systems.
