A well-established, multi-brand digital business is hiring a senior marketing analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team to take ownership across their earned and owned channels spanning CRM, lifecycle, SEO, organic search, and content.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the heart of marketing strategy. You'll be the most senior analytical voice across these disciplines, working hand-in-hand with channel leaders and presenting findings directly to exec-level stakeholders.
The role:
You'll define how the business measures and grows its earned and owned channels β building the frameworks, models, and reporting infrastructure the organisation will rely on for years. Day-to-day, that means shaping measurement strategy, proving the commercial value of unpaid investment, connecting the dots across the full customer journey, and mentoring the analysts around you. You'll also contribute to a single customer view that powers audience targeting and next-best-action across the business.
What you'll need:
- A background in at least one of: CRM/lifecycle analytics, customer analytics, SEO/organic, or content performance.
- Expert-level SQL and experience with a programming language (Python, R, Julia or similar).
- Commercial judgement and the ability to cut through ambiguity are just as important as the technical toolkit.
- Familiarity with BI tools, dbt, or Git is a bonus.
