Our client is separating its Finance systems and operating capabilities from its former parent group, including implementation and transition of a standalone Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. They need a specialist with significant D365 F&O experience to lead:
- The integrated delivery plan for the D365 F&O separation, covering timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- The future-state Finance Target Operating Model, ensuring D365 F&O architecture and processes fit the separated organisation
- Separation of the D365 F&O environment from the parent, confirming deployment readiness
- Data migration, UAT planning and execution through to go-live
- Change impact assessments and separation-related risk management
This is an outcomes-based engagement, with discretion over method, sequencing and resourcing.
