Location: 2-3 days in the central London office

Our client are looking for an ERP Business Analyst with experience working on ERP change projects to support the implementation of Microsoft D365. You will be leading the change impact assessment arising from the move from Maconomy and other finance support applications to Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Impact Analysis: Assess/document changes to finance processes, roles, workflows
  • Change management planning: Develop and execute change management plans to support the finance team in the lead up to training, cutover and go-live.
  • Stakeholder engagement: liaise between IT, Finance, Finance Shared Services Centre, Procurement, Operations, Client Services departments to ensure alignment and understanding of changes.
  • User adoption: support user adoption through training
  • Engagement with our systems implementation partner to support the delivery of training materials
  • Support the development of communication plans
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in change management experience ideally with D365 implementations or other ERP.
  • Finance background: solid understanding of core operational finance processes (O2C, P2P and R2R)
  • Analytical skills: ability to analyse and document processes, identify gaps and assess impact is crucial
  • Advantageous skills:
  • Hands-on experience with D365 F&O modules
  • Qualified accountant / QBE
  • Previous roles supporting a finance shared services implementation
