We're partnering with a high-growth business to find an SEO Director ready to own and scale organic performance with real influence over product, customer experience, and commercial strategy.
The opportunity
- Define and lead a long-term SEO strategy tied directly to business growth objectives
- Drive organic traffic and conversions through technical excellence and content-led optimisation
- Manage and develop an in-house SEO Specialist
- Partner closely with content, design, development and marketing teams
- Report performance insights and strategic direction to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, performance audits, link-building and site migrations
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to sharpen efficiency and impact
- Own SEO budget and ensure smart resource allocation
What we're looking for
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset; data-driven but hands-on
- Deep expertise across technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush; familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable leading in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
- Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred
